1. Services & Charges

This website is used for the collection of conference registration fees and pre-conference workshop fees for BRMICROCON 2026. The services offered and their charges are:

• Delegate registration — Faculty (IAMM Member): Rs. 5,500 (Early, upto 30th Sep.) / Rs. 6,500 (Late, after 30th Sep.) / Rs. 7,500 (Spot Registration).
• Delegate registration — Faculty (Non-IAMM Member): Rs. 6,500 (Early) / Rs. 7,500 (Late) / Rs. 8,500 (Spot).
• Delegate registration — Post Graduate: Rs. 4,500 (Early) / Rs. 5,000 (Late) / Rs. 5,500 (Spot).
• Delegate registration — Associate Delegate: Rs. 2,000 (Early) / Rs. 2,500 (Late) / Rs. 3,000 (Spot).
• Pre-conference workshop — Laboratory Diagnosis of Zoonotic Infections (AIIMS, Patna): Rs. 1,200 (40 slots).
• Pre-conference workshop — Overcoming Diagnostic Barriers in Tuberculosis (IGIMS): Rs. 1,200 (40 slots).

Registration entitles the delegate to attend the scientific sessions of the conference on 5^th–6^th December 2026 at Nalanda Medical College, Patna. Workshop registration additionally entitles the delegate to attend the selected pre-conference workshop on 4^th December 2026 at AIIMS / IGIMS Patna, subject to slot availability.

2. Event Registration Terms

• Where a seminar / conference / event is specified on the website, any individual can subscribe for the same by filling the registration form, accepting these Terms & Conditions and paying the required fees.
• Once successful payment is made or the selection is confirmed to the individual, no cancellation will be allowed.
• No refund will be eligible in case of no-show, where the participant arrives late or does not turn up for the event.
• Only the registered participant can attend the event / conference. Replacement or substitution of participants is not allowed.
• No refund will be eligible to any individual if the event / conference conducted is not up to the satisfaction or expectation of the participant.
• In case the event / conference is cancelled or postponed, we will attempt to contact you to inform you of the revised dates, and if you are unable to attend the event / conference on the revised dates, the amount will be refunded back to you.

3. Payments

All payments on this website are processed through a secure, authorised online payment gateway. The organisers do not store your card, UPI or net-banking credentials. The registration is confirmed only after successful realisation of the payment, upon which a registration number is issued. All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR).

4. Registration Accuracy

The delegate is responsible for providing correct name, email address, mobile number, category and institutional details at the time of registration. The organising committee may verify the category claimed (e.g. IAMM membership, postgraduate status) and may ask for supporting documents at the venue.

5. Abstracts

Abstract submission is governed by the guidelines published on this website. Abstract authors must register for the CME before submitting the abstract. Abstracts are subject to peer review, and acceptance will be notified by email.

6. General

The organising committee reserves the right to make changes to the scientific programme, speakers, venue arrangements or schedule where necessary. All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Patna, Bihar, India.
