Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Cancellation by the Delegate

• Once successful payment is made and the registration is confirmed, no cancellation will be allowed and the registration fee is non-refundable.
• No refund will be eligible in case of no-show, where the participant arrives late or does not turn up for the event.
• Only the registered participant can attend the event / conference. Replacement or substitution of participants is not allowed; a registration cannot be transferred to another person.
• No refund will be eligible to any individual if the event / conference conducted is not up to the satisfaction or expectation of the participant.

2. Cancellation or Postponement by the Organisers

In case the event / conference is cancelled or postponed, we will attempt to contact you on your registered email / mobile number to inform you of the revised dates. If you are unable to attend the event / conference on the revised dates, the amount paid by you will be refunded back to you.

3. Failed or Duplicate Transactions

If an amount is debited from your account but your registration is not confirmed (payment failure), the amount is normally reversed automatically by your bank / the payment gateway within 5–7 working days. If the amount is not reversed within this period, or in case of a duplicate payment for the same registration, please write to us with your registration number and transaction details, and the excess amount will be refunded to the original mode of payment.

4. Refund Processing

Wherever a refund is applicable under this policy, it will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7–10 working days of the refund being approved by the organising committee.
