When you register as a delegate, we collect: your full name, email address, mobile number, designation, registration category, IAMM membership number (where applicable), institution / college / hospital, city and state, and your workshop selections.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To process and confirm your registration for the conference and pre-conference workshops, and to issue your registration number.
• To communicate with you about your registration, payment status, abstract submission, event schedule, and any change, postponement or cancellation of the event.
• To verify the registration category claimed and prepare delegate kits, certificates and attendance records.
• To meet legal, accounting and audit requirements of the organising institution.

3. Payment Information

Online payments are processed by an authorised third-party payment gateway. Your card, UPI or net-banking credentials are entered directly on the secure payment gateway and are never stored on our servers. We only receive and store the transaction reference, payment mode and payment status needed to confirm your registration.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. Information is shared only with: the payment gateway provider (to the extent required to process your payment), the organising and scientific committees of BRMICROCON 2026 (for the conduct of the event), and authorities where disclosure is required by law.

5. Data Security & Retention

Registration data is stored on secured servers with access restricted to the organising committee. Reasonable technical and organisational measures are used to protect it against unauthorised access, alteration or disclosure. Registration records are retained for the period required for the conduct of the event and for the record-keeping requirements of the organising institution, after which they are securely disposed of.

6. Cookies

This website uses only essential session cookies required for the registration form and payment flow to work (for example, to protect the form against misuse). No advertising or third-party tracking cookies are used.

You may request correction of inaccurate registration details, or ask what information we hold about you, by writing to us from your registered email address at biharmicrocon2026@gmail.com.
